Data deletion

Your data. Your request.

A direct way to request deletion of personal information associated with Obsidian VPN and CloudPath.

Last updated: 23 October 2026 · Applies to the website and Obsidian VPN for Android

1. Send a deletion request

You can ask CloudPath Network Technology Limited to delete personal information associated with your use of Obsidian VPN (Android package ai.sandiamond.free.stealth), our website, or a support enquiry. This request route is available even if you have uninstalled the app.

Contact our privacy team

Email dev@cloudpathnetwork.com with the subject Obsidian VPN — Data deletion request. Include the email address used for your correspondence or app account, if any, and a brief description of the information you want deleted.

Request data deletion

The button opens your email application. It does not automatically send a request. If you do not have an email app configured, copy the address above into your email service and send the request yourself.

Where available, you may include an app installation or user identifier from the app, or a Google Play order reference if the request concerns purchase records. Do not send passwords, full card details, or unrelated identity documents. We ask for additional information only if reasonably needed to verify the request and find the correct records.

2. What your request covers

You may request deletion of support correspondence, identifiable app usage or diagnostic records we control, and any app account and associated personal information if an account exists. Tell us whether you want specific information deleted or all identifiable information we hold about you.

Our VPN service does not store IP address, connection timestamp, or traffic logs, so there are no retained VPN logs of those kinds to delete. We cannot identify or recover data that has already been irreversibly anonymized.

Clearing app storage in Android removes data on your device. Uninstalling or clearing storage does not, by itself, erase data held by us or our providers.

3. What happens next

We review the request, verify it proportionately where necessary, and arrange deletion of personal information we can identify and control, including through relevant service providers. We reply to confirm the result or explain any limitation within the period required by applicable privacy law.

Some purchase, accounting, fraud-prevention, legal-claim, or security records may need to be retained for a lawful purpose. If that applies to your request, we explain the data affected, the reason for retention, and the applicable period or criteria. Any retained information is limited to that purpose. A request to delete an existing app account covers associated personal information; account deactivation alone is not treated as deletion.

4. Google services and subscriptions

AdMob, Firebase, and Google Play may hold information under their own processing arrangements and policies. We address data processed on our behalf where it can be identified and deleted. Information Google independently controls, such as your Google Account or Google Play payment history, must also be managed through Google Account privacy controls or Google support.

Cancel billing separately

Deleting data, deleting an app account, or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel renewal in Google Play and complete the confirmation steps.

See our retention policy, cancellation and refund terms, or help center for more information.
